My wife and I were looking for a home around Palm Springs in Coachella Valley, but from Chicago. It’s no surprise that it’s not easy to shop for a home long distance. Fatima, worked to review the inventory of homes and sent summaries of those that seemed to satisfy our must haves. Working together, we were ultimately able to spend time reviewing homes that fit our requirements. So, once we flew down to Palm Springs my wife and I were able to focus on those things that are difficult, if not impossible, to quantify. Fatima was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable every step of the way, even after closing.

She does not represent her clients very well. I contacted her a week ago about a rental and she responded that she would get back to me later that same day. No response from her yet at this time. I found another rental as a result. Her client lost this rental revenue but perhaps she was too busy that day. ** I accept her apology and raise my review to 3-star due to her quick response
