Working with Gail Feldman has been nothing short of amazing. I came down to San Diego from San Francisco to visit a friend and explore different areas with hopes to eventually relocate and call it my permanent home. Before my arrival, Gail was incredibly responsive answering any and all of my questions I had, thoroughly and thoughtfully. I arrived in San Diego with the utmost confidence that I would be taken care of. Her commitment to her clients and maintaining her properties exceeded my expectations. When it came to anything whether it be in regards to the home or even the broader scope of the city, she always responded attentively and never left me with any doubt. Once I arrived at the property, I felt right at ease and right at home in the space. The space was immaculate and had all of the amenities and supplies you'd ever need. Gail was available every step of the way, from checking in, checking out, and all throughout my stay. She has a way about her that makes you feel welcomed and important, something that is rare to find. The next time I return to San Diego, there is no doubt in my mind that I will elect to stay in one of Gail's properties again. I don't think you could beat the overall value of Gail's rental properties and the service she provides.

Gail Feldman Group got top dollar in record time selling my home of 20 years and then negotiated new construction condo credits of 25k on the purchase of my dream home. Because of some water damage - Gail was able to keep my property in escrow by providing quick and efficient and affordable contractors who have worked for her so many years on her own projects- that they dropped other projects to get this done so that I could close escrow in a timely manner! Additionally, when my new home construction was not completed – Gail provided me with excellent short term housing (And also negotiated a credit for that housing with the builders.) She and her team including her fabulous assistant Rich Ramos are excellent!

Gail is absolutely awesome! She worked with me over several months to help me work out and find exactly what I wanted. She was super good at communicating, very knowledgeable about the San Diego market, and she worked super hard to help me get the absolutely best price and terms possible on my new home. I definitely recommend working with her and Rich on all things Real Estate, whether it be buying, selling, or renting a home in San Diego.
