We hired Stacy to sell our late father’s home. She was referred to me by a friend, and while we interviewed many realtors, Stacy’s confidence and energy shined. She was thoughtful in how she wanted to price the home and uses a great staging company that recommended small upgrades leading to quickly getting into contract with a buyer. Stacy and her team are professional, and she really looks for positive spins on things even in difficult situations. I was able to see her negotiation skills first hand when we had to do some fixes to the house and the company we used demo’d more than had been communicated to us, and she is skilled at maintaining a professional line and advocating for what is necessary. The sale was complicated because we do not live in the area and we had to rely on Stacy and her team to make sure aspects of repair were handled well. We had multiple cash offers for above asking price, and the other realtors we spoke with had lower list price recommendations, and did not see the unique value that we believed the house had. In this very competitive real estate market, Stacy helped me find a home in Laguna Niguel that is close to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. I was looking to buy an affordable condo within biking distance from the beach, and I was a little worried that I would not find that before I started working with Stacy since we are currently in a seller's market. Thankfully, once I started working with Stacy, she very quickly got showings scheduled for places in my price range (one even had an ocean view!).
