Yael is amazing! She made the whole home-buying process so much easier and way less stressful. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, but she was super patient and explained everything along the way. She was always available, super on top of things, and really fought to make sure everything stayed on track — even helped me close in just 14 days! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. If you’re looking for someone who’s easy to talk to, knows her stuff, and actually has your back, Yael’s the one. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Yael is amazing. She is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. She was terrific in helping to guide and advise us through the complex process of selling two homes and buying our new forever home. I would highly recommend Yael - she represented us for the sale of our house and was fantastic. We were first time sellers and she was engaged through the whole process, from prepping the house, staging, photos, multiple open houses, and through the whole escrow to close. She always made sure we understood what was happening and advocated strongly for us. Especially as the market was changing rapidly around us this year, she gave us sound advice and had our best interests at heart. I would use her again in a heartbeat and will be asking her to represent me on the buyer side if/when that day comes again!

As first timer home buyer, the experience of purchasing a home in this market made me anxious and insecure, but Yael’s approach toward my family and myself always felt realistic and honest. At no point did I feel pushed into the purchase and Yael was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. Yael and her team were always organized and competent, when it came to dealing with third parties, they asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were purchasing didn’t have hidden issues. Once we got into escrow, Yael was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, they communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. Even after our purchase has been completed, Yael takes the time to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly and if there is anything she can still assist with. After talking to a couple of real estate agents for our purchase, Yael was the only one that made us feel comfortable with her approach, she will go above and beyond to make sure you understand every step of the buying process to a point where you feel you are getting helped by a family member. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Yael and her entire team. If we ever need to sell our current home or buy a new one, we know exactly whom to call when the time comes.
