I wouldn’t recommend renting with this company. I had a more detailed review of my experience but the owner was threatening getting his “legal counsel” involved. I personally think that’s a little shady. I guess maintaining a 5-star Google reputation is more important than client satisfaction.

Jay and his team were exceptional in the whole loan assumption process that allowed me and my wife to buy our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in every question we had throughout the whole process. He had our back during the whole process with the mortgage company and correctly advised us on every major decision that had to be made to close this deal. My wife and I are blessed and grateful to have met Jay and his team. We would recommend his services for any real-estate deal.

The best real-estate agents in SoCal. Jay and Johanna went above and beyond helping me and my family find a house, walking us through the entire process all while being in Hawaii. They personally met us the day we arrived at our new home at almost 10pm to give us a warm welcome. With out a doubt Jay and his team will be my go to real estate company for any and all future homes, buying or selling.

Him and his team were very detailed oriented.. made sure that our wishes and “must haves” were always taken into consideration when we looked for houses.
