I want to wholeheartedly thank the KH team for their outstanding service on the recent sale of my late father’s house. Obviously with my father’s passing there were a hundred of things my family needed to attend to; but with Ed, Kelly, and Nickelle as our realtor team, the house sale was not one of them. They are truly “subject matter experts” in the whole process from the initial meeting with my family to the final close of escrow! In our first meeting with them their expertise was obvious. They had already looked at the property and understood the buyer type for the property and knew the marketing approach necessary to attract and market to that type of buyer. Their presentation package, including drone footage, camera shots, property description was outstanding and unique. They also made extensive use of the Compass resources to ensure that this rather unique property was properly priced. The amount of guidance provided by the team went well beyond my expectations. In preparing the house for showings they provided support to ensure both the inside and outside of the property maximized curb appeal and provided a positive appearance for prospective buyers and also helped with finding local contractors to help with the preparation. Once the showings started they brought a significant amount of viewing traffic because of their numerous contacts both locally and out of state. The team also provided invaluable insight and clarity into understanding the offers and ensuring that the offers were qualified so that the property would not be locked up in escrow because of an unqualified buyer and ensured we had multiple backup offers in hand once we accepted and were in escrow. The team also made the whole escrow process almost transparent; all paperwork was seamlessly completed and explained to us. The paperwork part of the transaction is a huge effort and requires a lot of knowledge to finalize without issues and the KH team was phenomenal in this aspect also. The whole process not stressful and the confidence and knowledge they provided us never had us second guessing our decisions. I truly believe that picking the KH team was the best decision we made, they went far beyond expectations and are unique in their capabilities. For such an important transaction at such a difficult time for my family I know I picked the team that not only got us the best offer on our property but also minimized the stress of selling at an already stressful time.
