Where do we start off the cuff. First off how we found Lori and Matthew was a divine way. Lori and Matt are truly the real deal and 1000% hands on as your actual agents from start to finish. Something that is very rare or was for us as at least. We had already went through two other agency’s/agents since selling our home a yr ago and those former agents tho they had some positives were not even close to be as organized and detailed as Matt and Lori were. Their organization and detailed written communication via emails and documents were a breath of fresh air. And can I just say how quick this process was with Matt and Lori… they respectfully and efficiently worked very well with our preferred outside lender who is not from the area and they all did great with communication . Also they worked so well with the awesome sellers, sellers agent who were all super kind and worked with Matt and Lori to take care of us with closing cost,inspection and credit and other things in the home going beyond for us. We found the home on the first time I drove to meet them in person and made and they wrote the offer the next day and within 2 days our offer was accepted. Wow that’s just crazy! We couldn’t believe how easy this was compared to what we had already gone through. Also We no longer had to just rely on our wish list and budget getting lost with just phone calls or text messages, other assisting agents working with us instead of the main agent. We were finally fully heard and they were patient with us but very honest and respectful to our situation coming from out town. They listened once during our first conversation and allowed me to send in detail what we needed and did not make us feel bad about anything nor did they push a sale like some our other agents did. Because of their organization and details, they saved us time and money on properties that didn’t not fit our budget ,schooling and size of our family ( including property taxes,HOA and other costs) . They made sure we stayed within our budget and did not go above asking price and to get into the Temecula school district for our child with autism while making sure we found a 1 story home with a low maintenance yard for the kids to play and open layout with 3 car garage. All that to say we trust them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in this area. They were a blessing and were so kind and were there to assist in every way including going to view the first property to look at for us when we weee out of town. Notes from working with them for only an about a monthly . Efficiency,Quick, integrity, communication, detail organizational skills,great relationships with other realtors which is huge, great listeners, honest but not authoritatively opinionated and super kind .
