This is the second time I've used The Martin Group for the sale of a home, and I'm even more impressed with Zap and his team than the first sale! About two months before the date I wanted to list my property, Zap did extensive market research to determine an appropriate listing price. Zap took the time to explain his strategy of pricing to bring in more potential buyers and get multiple offers. We had no doubt Zap's strategy, based on his experience, was the best method to market our house and ultimately get multiple high offers. Before listing the house, Zap and his team took the time to "learn" our house (because every house has little nuances!). They did a great job taking photos and videos. He used a drone to take video and also researched the surrounding area in Bonita, CA. Zap and his team also walked the neighborhood to meet our neighbors and invite them personally to an open house. I received compliments from my neighbors about Zap. He even went a step above and filmed my husband in "how to" videos before the open house for the new buyer (ie. How to operate the spa, where the sewer clean outs were, where the water shut-off is, etc.) No realtor has ever done that for me when I bought my past homes, so I'm sure the new homeowners appreciate it. We had to move out of California for a job before the open house. We left our home in Zap's care for the open house and through the escrow process. He was very detailed oriented in setting up for the open house (ie. placing an open wine bottle and glasses over our wine fridge to draw attention to it). He also made sure everything was fine with the home throughout escrow (even during the crazy rain storms and floods). At one point I realized I forgot to take photos of my kid's height chart in the garage and Zap went out to the house and took photos for me. When we received numerous offers, he made a detailed spreadsheet of all the offers and took the time to go through each one with us. He did the same with the numerous counter offers we received. His spreadsheet was easy to understand and definitely helped us in making a decision. It turned out that I knew the buyer's real estate agent! I spoke to her during the process and she also had great things to say about Zap and how easy he was to work with, which says a lot coming from another realtor. Zap's team kept us informed of the escrow process along the way. Extra thanks to Moises who would send me extra updates. I have to give Zap extra credit because he had to deal with our third party relocation company, hired by the government for our move (sorry Zap!). That company created extra work for everybody during the process and made things unnecessarily complicated. But, Zap and his team pushed through and ensured all paperwork was submitted on time and the sale went through. In the end, we walked away from our beautiful home as very happy customers. We're happy, the buyers are happy and all of my old neighbors are happy! Words cannot express how grateful I am for the Martin Team. I highly recommend Zap and his team for anyone selling or buying a home!

We bought our home and sold our home with The Martin Group. Both have been very pleasant experiences. We wanted an honest, transparent, communicative, knowledgeable realtor to help us with buying and selling our first home. Zap was that and more. He was always looking out for our best interest and never promised anything but he came through with a great outcome. We are the highest selling home in our community (after around 490,000 dollar home next to our unit). The only reason why we sold our home was due to military orders to another state and we expressed to him we wanted to sell before we left to another state. He took care of the staging, pictures, other details for our open house. After 4 days of our open house we got offers and we closed in less than 30 days.
