Katnik B.

Good on you for checking reviews…here are the facts regarding my experience with Katnik Brothers Real Estate. My closest friends used Katnik Brothers for the sale of their Tustin properties and had all good things to say about their services. In 2025, I relocated out of state and now needed someone to manage the entire process of preparing my home for sale, which included interior and exterior painting, tile and grout repairs, house cleaning, window cleaning, furniture staging, and movers to pack my belonging and deliver as directed. In March 2026, I called Karl Katnik on his cell #, he met me at the house, and I shared that I don’t have any time to deal with the transaction during my move out of state and need someone to completely manage the process. Karl assured me that they do this all the time, they have the contractors and staff to take this off my plate. Karl asked what I was thinking for a selling price, and then he shared his thoughts on what investment was needed on my part to support that selling price. I went with his recommendations, we agreed upon the timeline, and then I signed the DocuSign agreement to proceed. I was introduced to his associate Hannah Goldman who was my point person for the rest of the transaction and provided timeline updates and managed the service providers who were assigned to my project. Hannah kept me well informed and the Katnik operations team provided all the electronic documentation for the transaction that I could complete while out of the area. The home was prepared for sale, listed, and sold within the agreed timeframe and terms that we wanted. The entire process was seamless for both buyers and sellers. I will certainly recommend Hannah and Karl to anyone looking to sell their home, and they will be my first phone call if I decide to buy another home in Orange County. Always a relief to enlist a partner who delivers on their promises, so big thank you to Hannah, Karl, and the rest of the Katnik Brothers team.

The KBRE team was absolutely incredible to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful as we walked through the process of selling our home. As first time sellers they were available to answer questions anytime. Karl and Sabrina were our main points of contact, but their entire team was always professional and friendly. Their communication and instructions were always clear and we appreciated their advice as we worked to accept an offer. Our house sold so quickly and I am sure it was in large part to their team and all the different tools that they utilized to list our home. They were definitely worth it and we would work with them again, and recommend them!

We recently sold our home with Katnik Brothers Real Estate after hearing about them through a mutual business partner, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Karl and his team are truly the best in the business. Absolute professionals who made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. As busy working parents with a young child, we deeply value a hands-off approach built on trust, and that’s exactly what Karl and his team delivered. They respected our time, kept us informed at the right moments without overwhelming us, and handled every detail with care and expertise. We always felt supported and confident that things were being managed correctly, even during our hectic schedules. They made what could have been a difficult process feel easy and even enjoyable. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. THANK YOU!! once again to Karl, Hannah, and the rest of the KBRE team. Much love - Robin & Sue
