David G.

Drew helped us purchase our home and exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He was always just a call or text away whenever we had questions. His knowledge of the market and guidance during the offer process gave us a lot of confidence. Even in a competitive multiple-offer situation, his strategy helped us secure the deal. Drew is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We highly recommend Drew and The Guarino Team to anyone looking to purchase a home and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

The Guarino Team is truly one of the best to work with. Drew takes you on as family and does everything possible to make your dream come true. He patiently and expertly guided us for over 1.5 years with numerous possibilities with the knowledge and determination that the right one was just down the road. With their expert knowledge of LBI and their connections beyond, you can’t go wrong. If you want a team that treats you like family and not a client, the Guarino Team is for you.

We worked very closely with Drew Guarino from the beginning planning of selling our home to the closing of the sale. Drew was attentive to every detail and beyond guiding us through the process. He is very knowledgeable and knows the LBI real estate market well. We highly recommend him! Thank you Drew for all your assistance!
