I recently teamed up with Jeremy to help sell my home and buy a new one. I seldom write reviews but given the quality of interaction and difficulty in identifying real estate teams, I wanted to briefly relay my experience. I hope it is helpful! In short, Jeremy is exceptional. He has a background in general contracting as well as real estate, which leads to a unique and helpful perspective on home buying/selling. He can see poor building choices and cheaper materials, but also identify apparent imperfections that will be easy to fix. Jeremy also helped with ideas for how to renovate the different areas of a home, add an ADU, and invest in upgrades that will likely be worth the investment. He and his wife visited the house and gave clear ideas on staging, and hired a photographer to take photos of the house, using a drone, different lighting in the day, and videography. Jeremy is highly organized, punctual, and responsive. This is psychologically comforting but also pragmatically important. When it’s time to act, Jeremy springs to action; when it’s more so time for patience, he is good at communicating clearly, in a laid back way, why it may be better to hold back a bit. I have noticed how some people are responsive at first and then peter off once they have you as a client. Jeremy was responsive until both properties closed, and had a consistently positive and proactive energy that is probably more about who he is than a professional persona. Finally, and perhaps most fundamental to this recommendation, Jeremy is client-centered and kind. Every member of his team (electrician, painter, flooring, plumber, etc.) volunteered their impression that Jeremy is highly respected among builders and is a perfectionist. He takes accountability of his actions, acknowledges oversights of his team, and will act to rectify, if possible. At his suggestion, the house was painted (amid other repairs) before putting it on the market and we are happy with the cost of the repairs (with his team) and the outcome. After two months of working with him, I emerge thinking that Jeremy is part of a small subset of people on their way to excellence in their field. He is kind, clear, and highly organized. I cannot recommend Jeremy more highly. I have asked that Jeremy be a point person for new employees in my work community, and I wanted to convey this impression beyond my employer as well.
