Michael C.

Mike, Trent and Bryce were terrific to work with. They know and truly understand the San Diego North Coast market (esp Del Mar and the Beach Colony). As an out-of-state seller, they were extremely helpful in organizing cleanup and repairs and staged the house perfectly. Their marketing plan and use of social media were spot on. The team (including office staff) were organized, responsive and professional. They all made the process as easy and painless as possible and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mike and Trent Cady have over 36 years of experience and when you work with them you know you are in good hands. They are professional, knowledgeable, and it is obvious their goal is to make their clients happy. I have used Mike and Trent for all of my real estate transactions and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in San Diego.

Working with a father - son run real estate group has given me the greatest experience possible. 30 years of Mikes experience in one of the most competitive markets, alongside new edge market analytics led by Trent provided every angle of review needed to make the best decision. Not only is this father son partnership charismatic in nature, but there was never a lull (weekday, weekend, day, or night) that the two of them were not on point with communication and non-pressuring support. I would absolutely provide detailed reference and referral to this group at anyones request !
