Michael has a unique approach that works really well, especially for first time home buyers like ourselves. (We met him in November and were in contract by January!) His guidance both ensured we had thoroughly thought through exactly what we were looking for in a home and had us ready to transact on a house as quickly as possible when we found what we wanted. He knows how to ensure you position yourself as the right buyer to a seller with insights we never would have known about. Once we were interested in a house and going through the escrow process he was always incredibly responsive to all of our questions which kept us feeling on top of the process and confident in our buying decision. Micheal Hausam assisted us in locating a home in Huntington Beach last year, actually late 2018 which closed in Jan 19. He was very professional and helpful in locating and helping us decide the process to choose the home. At the time we were able to get very favorable financing through special offers elsewhere. This year as rates have fallen and we decided to refinance we contacted Michael to see if he could help us. His organization did a great job of getting us a super rate, 2.625 at no cost to us. We would definitely use Michael and his team again should the need arise. Very positive experience.
