This realtor is the most unprofessional and disrespectful realtor I've ever dealt with. She made everything extremely hard to take care of and spoke to me the buyer with an awful attitude. I had asked a couple simple things and she didn't answer me. When I finally got an answer it was short and not nice. I asked for a full clean if a house I was buying from her clients because the house was disgustingly dirty and they didn't have it professionally cleaned. No class!!

Marla Booth is an amazing real estate agent! She is truly there for her clients, goes above and beyond and actually listens to their needs. Through the process of helping us find and buy a home, she became a dear friend to our military family. Marla really cares for her clients, you can easily see it through her work ethics. Absolutely an amazing human being, great communicative skills, super friendly, and overall extremely helpful. We were blessed to have her as our real estate agent. If I could give zero stars I would! My family and I are veterans and we put an offer in on a home. We have reached out to Marla in regards to our offer to check status over 10 times both phone calls and text messages with no response. We proceeded to call from a different number, which she then answered and proceeded to hang up the call once she knew it was my realtor. The fact that she is a current realtor Is absurd! Do not use this realtor or purchase a home she is selling!

I was referred by both a friend and also by a family member independently to Mr Booth. I briefly had the pleasure of dealing with both Jim and Marla, both were professional, polite and well versed in their trade. Follow through was to notch. I will be sure that they are a part of my future real estate transactions.
