Sandi is simply THE BEST! She is so knowledgeable, very thorough and goes above and beyond in representing her clients. She is very communicative, explains everything and always gave us a heads up about what was coming next. We had a fast and short 30-day escrow with MANY inspections (septic, well, termite, general, CalFire, etc) and moving parts ... she stood up for us, kept the ball rolling and everything closed on time! We could not be more grateful to Sandi and her team. There are not enough compliments to give, we would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Sandi and her team of professionals were wonderful to work with and enabled us to quickly sell our home at better than full asking price. Follow-up and communication were outstanding and her knowledge of the paperwork helped us immensely to get the documentation done. She also was able to refer us to great professionals to assist with getting everything ready to sell. The sales documentation looked amazing and we are happy to give her our enthusiastic recommendation.

Sandi is the best realtor ever. She helped my family and me relocate from New York to California. She went above and beyond in assisting us through this complicated move. From the mortgage process, inspection, locating many home improvement resources, utilities and closing, Sandi was there, every step of the way. Her expertise, professionalism and good humor added to the excellent experience we had with her. There is a reason she has so many recommendations… she’s simply the best. Thank you Sandi!
