Trinidad and his team were a pleasure to work with! Buying a home can be a rigorous process and at times can feel overwhelming but Trinidad helped guide my husband and I away from feeling defeated and provided us with new inventory to see weekly. My wife and I recently purchased a home. Keep in mind, we were NOT 100% committed to buying because we didn’t feel time was right, and the prices were not right for us. However, we are curious people, Trinidad introduced us to a few new developments and one stood out in particular. When we walked in, and we received the price sheet, we simply smiled and went to view the model homes, knowing they were above our budget. Confidently, Trinidad expressed that we liked a model but, for the right price. He simply said a number and from there started to negotiate with the builder agent. After a day of patiently waiting the agent reached out to Trinidad and us to discuss what they could do. In that time Trinidad negotiated addition incentives and lowered the asking prices saving us both stress, anxiety, and of coarse money. This is the 2nd deal, Trinidad assisted with us buying a home and both times, helped us get exactly what we wanted. I strongly recommend using Trinidad as your agent. His knowledge of the industry and negotiating skills are simply impressive.
