⭐ minus 1 Star I speak with many real estate agents because I’m an active buyer and real estate investor, and I was also previously a licensed real estate agent myself. Unfortunately, my phone conversation with David Gushue was one of the most uncomfortable interactions I’ve ever had with an agent. From the beginning, his tone came across as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational. He repeatedly questioned me with comments such as, “Who are you?” and asked what the last property I purchased was. When I mentioned that my most recent purchase was in Florida, he laughed in a way that I found extremely condescending. My daughter was sitting next to me and heard the entire conversation. Even she was shocked by the way I was being spoken to. Buying real estate should involve professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy, regardless of whether someone ultimately becomes your client. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction was bad enough that I felt other prospective buyers should know about my experience. Based solely on my personal interaction with him, I would not recommend this agent. The attitude and ego were completely unnecessary.

We have used Gushue Real Estate for the purchase of our past two homes and have had such a great experience! Daniel worked with us to find the best home that met all of our criteria for our growing family. He has a lot of experience that is very helpful when navigating the real estate industry. He is always quick to respond and answer questions, and handled all communication professionally with us and our buyers/sellers. Anytime we need to buy or sell a home in the future we will be using Gushue Real Estate!

Fantastic experience working with Dan. Dan Gushue of Gushue Real Estate represented my wife and I with two home purchases. He is everything you would want in a real estate agent: transparent, clear, quick at responding to emails, very knowledgeable of what’s going on in the industry, and a great listener.
