Irma was amazing. She came highly recommended from a very good friend. My friend described her as “a bulldog” when I asked how is she as a realtor. So when I called her and let her know I wanted to sell, Irma said “we are going to set the market” and that we did. She has a point of contact for EVERYTHING that came up. Any issue I brought to her all she said was “let me call someone to get it taken care of.” The home was very “lived in” when she showed up. When she was done, I reconsidered selling it because it looked like a new home. One open house weekend produced 4 offers; 3 above asking. Home was sold in less than 45 days from the day it was listed. Great experience over all. Will be using her and her network again.
