If I could give Margaret more than 5 stars I would!! I promise I am not being paid for this review...Margaret is really that good! I have 5 rental properties and have bought and sold many homes with Margaret. Margaret has been our agent for close to 20 years. She handles all of our leases from start to finish and has sold 3 properties and been the purchasing agent on 7 properties. Whatever hat she is wearing in the transaction, she is always looking out for us. Where other agents leave off on the other side of the transaction, Margaret picks up their slack and gets the sale closed on schedule. She works with the HOA's, lenders, escrow and everyone else involved in getting the deal done. I just can't say enough about Margaret's professionalism and attention to detail. Margaret is a very active agent, yet you always feel like her top priority. She answers every phone call, email and text in a timely manner and always works with your schedule. Margaret has a great team behind her yet you'd never know that because she is the face that you see and talk to. You can't go wrong with this agent!
