Osvaldo exceeded my expectations and past experiences working with agents on multiple transactions. This was a particularly complex listing, since I was assisting my parents with selling their rental property in La Quinta and I live in Washington DC. Osvaldo was there form the start and patient with the renovation and repair process. Once ready to list, he was an excellent advisor on valuation and listing strategy. Ozzie sold us a house about 3 years ago, so when a property came on the market that we were interested in and of course, called him without hesitation. Buying a home on Leased Land is a challenge but he worked with us to get through the paperwork and all the steps. Our seller was less than cooperative at times but Ozzie heard us out, sympathized, and was patient with even when our frustration level at times was pretty stressful. He went above and beyond helping resolve some of the crazy issues our uncooperative seller presented to us. Funny---he started out as a valued realtor and ended up becoming a close friend.
