He also provided invaluable guidance when it came time to make an offer and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There is a lot that goes into choosing the right Realtor to sell your property. This can be difficult and important decision therefore you should always shop around to find the right realtor. During the process of interviewing realtors, I started by interviewing three different realtors. I chose the Selby Team from Compass because they had several qualities that stood out as being so much better than the other realtors interviewed. They are a very professional team and this group all works well together. They were a much better fit for selling my property. The Selby Team came to my attention from a neighbor’s referral. Then after a little research I became aware of the Selby Team has a really good track record for getting a fair marketable price. The Selby team is very knowledgeable about my local area and were able to correctly assess my property’s strengths and weakness in comparison to other properties for sell at that time. Their analysis was able to help maximize my property’s strengths and mitigate any of the weaknesses in support for getting the property sold. Also, most importantly the Selby Team had actual faith and confidence in their ability to sell my property at a fair price. Surprisingly one of the other competing realtors interviewed was just not able to accomplish this crucial step and she definitely could not defend the property or highlight any of it’s strengths but instead she seemed more interested in pushing for a quick sell at the lowest price for possible prospective real estate investors. The Selby Team’s sell presentation was also a much higher quality product and just so much better compared to the others. They presented their detailed marketing analysis came in the form of a nice booklet which ends up being a nice artifact to remember the property after it’s sold. The Selby Team were also able to lay out a very clear and sound professional business strategy that verified the prospective market sell price and while the property was being shown they kept me updated with weekly status reports. One of the other competing realtor’s interviewed business presentation was just simply to say, “Trust me, I am expert & here is my Instagram link.” Well, I can keep going on about comparisons from the other interviewed realtor folks and explain how the Selby Team does better and why I chose them to sell my property. The end result and key take away for this review is what really counts. The Team Selby from Compass got my property sold from start to finish in about three weeks at a higher price than the others realtors interviewed.
