Michael F.

Mr. Michael Franco' did a superb job handling of our recent co-op sale. He is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with, demonstrating unparalleled market insight and knowledge. Throughout the process, his style was relaxed yet deeply committed. He worked tirelessly—including weekends and after-hours—and accommodated every prospective buyer's viewing request until the apartment was sold. Even under pressure, he remained completely unfazed and never complained. He is one of the best agents in the Manhattan area and in the real estate industry. Michael is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. His extensive experience made us incredibly lucky to have him represent our unit. He is truly excellent at his craft and an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in New York; in my opinion, he is the best agent in all of New York

We hired Michael to help us sell our 2-BR coop in Gramercy, prior to our retirement and in anticipation of a move out of town. Our retirement was about 4 months away and no closing could occur prior to then. Amazingly, prior to the public listing, Michael found a buyer for whom our apartment met all their criteria. Even more amazingly, Michael and his team at Compass were able to facilitate the perfect deal for both the buyer and us. The closing process could not have been more smooth. We highly recommend Michael and his team.

Michael delivered quickly and effectively during a time when there was great uncertainty and a lot of softness in the market (I sold a co-op in the village). He was direct and clear but gave me space to decide what price to ask. He was always responsive, replying to texts or emails rapidly. His team was efficient and good and it seemed to me that he had a broad group of potential buyers and good sense of who would be interested in my apt, which had some characteristics that made it not for everyone. Bottom line: he got it sold and he was smart, professional, focused and helpful throughout.
