Erick C.

Eric made the entire home buying process smooth and easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, honest, and always available to answer my questions. He truly went above and beyond to help my family find the right home. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients.

Erick is simply awesome! I Had every inquiry imaginable and not once did Erick not have the answer. There are real estate companies who turn and burn and I never felt that with Erick. Extremely knowledgeable, easy going and incredible arsenal of ideas and appropriate strategies for acquiring property. We were looking at a property with high competition (investment property) and we should not have even in the slightest been considered as there were cash ready buyers for the property. Erick not only was able to figure out how to get into the bid but also place us among the competition as the most sought ought buyer through all of the buyer bids! Incredible! I am beyond pleased with Erick's efforts, dedication and overall professionalism through my entire experience. If anyone needing or thinking of buying any type of property, I highly recommend giving Erick the opportunity! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Erick and we definitely will work together for another property with you!

We worked Real Estate Agent Erick Ciprian. He helped us buy our home in 2019. He did sick a wonderful job, we also trusted him to sell that same home recently. We are extremely happy with our experience. It was a long and sometimes challenging process, but he was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He always took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated, and made sure we felt supported at every step. His knowledge of the market and calm, steady approach helped ease a lot of the stress. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is attentive, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and truly committed to his clients, Erick Ciprian and his team are an excellent choice.
