Tan helped us navigate an extremely tricky situation of selling our home and buying another simultaneously. He's a true professional and works very hard to get his clients what they want. When selling our house, he took care of everything. He even took the time to help stage it to make it look beautiful, which is a tough ask when raising a toddler. We called Tan, unbeknownst to us he too was on vacation. He wrote the offer for our dream home, listed our primary residence and held an open house that weekend! Incredible service and knowledge.
