After just relocating to Dallas from California, we bumped into Ashlyn at an open house (along with about 40 other agents that weekend), but from the start we could see that Ashlyn listened to what we wanted. Even though we didn’t sign with Ashlyn immediately (we’re very self sufficient) she continued to keep in touch and send us (very) relevant properties in line with our search criteria (including videos) as opposed to the standard mass mailers we were receiving elsewhere or that we could find ourselves in Zillow. When it was time for us to lock down a house, Ashlyn arranged all private viewings instantly, always turned up on time with all the information to hand. Seamless process throughout and wouldn’t hesitate at jumping in wherever was needed from meeting appraisers to sorting out lock boxes. We didn’t need to worry or stress at all in the process, and kept us on time with all our paperwork (we had a lot going on elsewhere in life, but she made sure the ball was never dropped and the lift was as light as possible for us). Our next home transaction will 100% be with Ashlyn again! Oh… I forgot to add, she even babysat our kids in one house so we could look around the house in peace without toddlers causing chaos.
