Melinda E.

Melinda and her team are amazing! Selling our condo-townhouse on a busy street like PCH while buying our new detached home felt like an impossible hurdle, but she guided us through every step of the way. She took the time to come to our home, sit down with us and really listen to what we wanted and what we didn’t want. She offered excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, and was always available whenever we had questions. Most importantly, she fiercely represented our best interests, negotiating credits from the sellers that we know many other buyers weren’t getting. She knew when to stand her ground, when we had leverage and when we didn’t, and she never let the other side take advantage of us. Her entire team, Angie, Laura, and Dawn, was fantastic. They were responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly listens, communicates exceptionally well, we highly recommend Melinda and her team!

Melinda and her team went above and beyond... three times in escrow! I appreciated their thorough and ongoing communication, their persistence in making sure deadlines were met, and how transparent the whole process was. Can't say enough good things about Melinda but also the team behind her including Angie and Laura who I spoke with frequently. It felt like a real team effort, and that I was supported.

Great experience working with Melinda and her team. Their knowledge of the nuances of real estate and trusts were extremely helpful in providing knowledge to make an informed decision. Melinda is responsive, thoughtful and does a great job explaining in a practical way. I’m very grateful to have their team here to help!
