My journey with this company started 3 years ago. We were ready to move but due to “life” we had to take our house off the market. Tyler Hungerford did not hold me to my contract, he was very gracious. He stayed in touch with me and now, 3 years later we are in a new home thanks to him and his team. When I called and said to list it, the process was very smooth. We showed by private appointment only and sold in 4 days!!! The couple that bought our house was told at the last minute that the patio cover needed to be painted before funding. Edger Diaz , part of Tylers team came on his own time and helped to get the job done. Also the escrow agent for the home we were purchasing wasn’t nice at all. To save me over an hours drive, his escrow agents took care of all the paperwork for me too! This is a true team that works together to get the job done right and with happy clients.
