We had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with Dane. From the very beginning, he went far beyond what we expected, taking the time to walk us through every aspect of the home’s structural integrity, explaining things clearly and patiently so we truly understood what we were buying. He helped us evaluate the condition of the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and more, and made sure we knew what maintenance would be required now and down the road. What really stood out was his experience, honesty and expertise when it came to pricing. He carefully analyzed comps, market trends, and the condition of the property to help us make a smart, competitive offer without overpaying. We always felt confident that Dane had our best interests in mind. Dane assisted us with selling the Solana Beach condo that was my elderly mother's long-time home before she died unexpectedly a few months ago. We could not have been in better hands. From helping with contractors to dispose of decades of stuff to procuring painters and floor installers, Dane did it all efficiently, cost effectively, and (for we sellers) seemingly effortlessly (though of course the pudding proof revealed just how much went into it all). I feel incredibly fortunate to have benefitted from his wise counsel, diligence, frequent communication, and deep humanity. 10/10, no notes.
