Jordan B.

Jordan and his team did a fantastic job selling my home. They were communicative, present, knowledgeable on market conditions & encouraging throughout the process. Our house sold in less than a week. Would highly recommend!

Jordan is an exceptional realtor. He is enthusiastic and engaged, and has a great sense of timing, pricing and strategy. He walked us through every step of the home sale process, and helped manage everything from repairs to staging to taking photos to showing the house. Our house went on the market in early June, and sold in less than two weeks...and we got a great price! We couldn't have been happier, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home in San Diego!

What can I say about Jordan that will effectively convey the incredible experience we had working with him? He navigated and orchestrated a time-sensitive home purchase with legal complications involving multiple parties with intelligence, sensitivity, a vast market and legal knowledge base, and incredible organization. Bonus? Friendly, funny, and frank. I would enthusiastically and without a hint of hesitation recommend him to family, friends, strangers on the street discussing real estate... He gets the job done, and he gets it done right. We are now in our dream home. Thank you, Jordan!
