Arthur Alderete is one of the best Real estate agents my family has had the pleasure to work with. Over 10 years ago Arthur helped us buy our first home. We were so satisfied then that this year we called Arthur to help us sell our other house. We are first time sellers so going into it we had a lot of concerns and questions, but Arthur helped us throughout the selling process by providing expectations and walking us through it step by step. He was extremely responsive and helped us feel better throughout each step. Selling a home can be really stressful. Arthur helped ease some of our stress by answering all our questions no matter how many times we asked. He always welcomed more questions as well. In the midst of a stressful season for my family and I with selling our home, Arthur made the selling process very smooth. Arthur goes above and beyond in his role as a realtor. Arthur noticed we didn’t have a closet in one of our bedrooms, so he scheduled an appointment for a contractor to come install a closet in the bedroom for us. The project changed the status of our home to officially show as a full 5 bedroom, 3 bath (instead of a previously listed 4 bedroom with a den)! Arthur also noticed the two AC vents in our home needed to be replaced. He quickly followed up by going to Home Depot, bought new AC vents, and he replaced both of them! It was a pleasure working with Arthur because he communicated frequently with us throughout the selling process. After my family moved to our new house, Arthur gave us a few housewarming gifts!
