He was kind and supportive every step of the way and made the home buying process much easier and less stressful. I had the unique experience of being involved in the purchase of homes for two of my adult kids at the same time, so I was dealing with Brian and another realtor simultaneously. The difference in the experience was truly amazing. I would not have recognized how mediocre the other realtor was if Brian had not given us such an excellent experience. He was always available, informative, timely, professional, gave us comps on everything we showed any interest in, and even helped answer some questions on the purchase of the other property which the other realtor couldn't answer or didn't respond to. Also, his house warming gifts were fabulous! I highly recommend Brian.

Brian is very diligent, attentive, and professional. Even though he's new, he's learning about the hard lessons and easy lessons and I believe he's got a good knack of knowing the difference between the two. There were several times we had a tech issues and administration issues that was beyond his control and he handled them in a very well and very patient manner. Giving a little more time and experience, I think that he's going to probably be the best realtor in Virginia. Just a little bit more polishing and organizational skills, will give him a 10 out of five stars, but right now I can only give me 5 out of 5. In short, Brian rocks!
