Ali and his team recently helped my husband and I purchase our 1st family home and I must say that it was an amazing experience being able to work with this team! They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and above all transparent and honest! More importantly they worked endlessly and were resilient in helping us acquire the home we desired. They never gave up! They were able to guide us through every step of the way and as first time home owners that was super important to find a team that could do that for us. Ali provided consistent weekly updates with positive attitude and was very mindful of the time difference, making sure I was always informed and comfortable. Even when there weren’t major updates, he checked in regularly, which made me feel fully supported and never out of the loop. The probate process was especially intimidating for me, as it was my first time dealing with it and English is not my first language. Ali and his team were incredibly patient, explaining everything clearly and guiding me step by step. They made a complicated process feel manageable. I highly recommend Ali and his team to anyone—especially out-of-area clients—who needs a trustworthy, knowledgeable and responsive real estate team. One of the many rave things I can say about Ali is his communication is top knotch. He always makes himself available for you. I can’t count how many times I would have a random question for him and he would always take my call & take the time to get my needs or concerns met. You will always feel taken care of after getting off a call with him. Even if we had a question for the lenders or escrow and temporary couldn’t get a response— he would get our concern addressed within mins; again ALWAYS going above and beyond to get our needs met. We appreciated his diligence and urgency while also taking the time to make sure we understood everything, as he is extremely thorough. 12 out of 10 would recommend
