This review is overdue, as the last year has been a bit of a whirlwind for our family, but I wanted to jump on here and say how much we appreciate Kate's help with buying our first home last year. We had initially been working with another agent, who didn't really suit our communication style or priorities. When we reached out to Kate, it was like night and day as she was consistently transparent, knowledgeable, and responsive, and ultimately helped us buy a house that we love. She was clear and above-board at every step in the process. She's calm and friendly and doesn't lead with her ego. For our first meeting, she met up with us and spent about two hours just walking us through the whole home-buying process and her role as an agent. She didn't put any pressure on us and gave us space to circle back and work with her. When we'd spot something of interest on Zillow, she'd meet us at the showing and provide her insight and expertise. She was very knowledgable about the area and clearly had strong experience to draw on. When we found the house we wanted to put an offer on, she counseled us, and was very much available with updates and guidance. We have been happy in our new home ever since!
