It was such a pleasure working with Michael. He made the whole process easy from the start. We had to do repairs on the house and have contractors out. Michael was right there, giving me names and numbers of people to call to get the job done and at the best price. If he thought a contractor was overcharging, he would negotiate with them for a better price. He was extremely knowledgeable with the area and what it had to offer. His expert advice was instrumental getting our house sold quickly. Michael suggested we come in a little lower than market price so we could get into bidding wars, which we did and it paid off! He always had my calls returned quickly. Helped me make informed decisions. Michael is an honest and upright agent which I found refreshing. He was not pushy but looked out for my best interest as the seller. I found him professional and very hard working keeping ahead of the next step whether it was making brochures, canvassing the neighborhood or his long dedicated Open Houses. It was a great experience and the whole process went smoothly. Michael has been selling houses for a while and knows his stuff. We ended up getting more than I expected, and I couldn’t be more happy! We will definitely be using him again and referring him to others. Thanks Michael on a job well done!

Mike did an awesome job listing our property. He helped us clean it up with new paint—Victor, Mike's referral, was excellent and offered a fantastic price. The same goes for the other Mike, who took care of our carpets and all the new light fixtures. Our home turned out gorgeous! With beautiful photos and wonderful feedback from potential buyers, we were a bit torn about how much to list the property for. Mike pulled all the data, and together, we came up with an aggressive price to move the home quickly without leaving any money on the table. He nailed it with our purchase price. We had several offers the first weekend, all over asking, and we went into contract that weekend. It was a very smooth closing!
