Shauna F.

Shauna and her team at the Fogal Group were amazing to work with! From day one, Shauna took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. She was proactive about finding listings that fit our needs, quick to answer our many questions, and gave us honest, straightforward advice. Her local market knowledge and negotiation skills made a huge difference in helping us land the right house at a fair price. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about finding us a home we'd love, not just closing a deal. Highly recommend Shauna and the Fogal Group to anyone buying a home!

There are not enough positive words I can come up with to describe the entire sales process we went through with Shauna and her team! We met early on to discuss our "strategy" and we trusted Shauna completely and followed her team's advice. We staged our home (once that was done we could not believe what the place looked like, incredible!), listed it, had one open house and the house was sold! Our model rarely goes on the market, yet there was another listed in the same neighborhood. Ours sold immediately and the other has not budged! If you are looking to sell, look no further than Shauna and her team, they are the absolute best!

Selecting Shauna and her team to sell our home, was the best decision we could have made. The transaction was handled flawlessly and communication was excellent from start to finish. They were a delight to work with …highly recommend.
