My wife and I met Meredith through a friend as we needed a leasing agent for our condo. Subsequently she handled everything we asked for a 3 year period and at the same time guided us with an out of state purchased and then (3 years later) a sale when we moved back to the OC. She was the selling agent on our condo and the buyers agent on our new single family home purchase…..AMAZING every step of the way ! When one of my employees transferred to OC from San Diego, she helped his family find a perfect rental in less than 3 days. Needless to say that over the past 11+ years we’ve become good friends with her husband too and have watched her family grow. Even though we’re in our forever home, we regularly get together catching up on all things Life. She’s wonderful, she’s like family and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meredith and her team for any and all things Reality related !!

We trusted Meredith with helping our family make a cross-country move into a home we only saw virtually, and we are so happy we did. Meredith went above and beyond helping our family not only purchase the home but set up amazing local vendors for all of our needs prior to arriving. She was there for us prior to hiring her, and after! I wish I could hire her as my own personal Aliso Viejo assistant!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEREDITH DREWS – KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY, ALISO VIEJO. Before you trust Meredith Drews with your home purchase or sale, read this. She markets herself as a polished real estate professional who prioritizes “professionalism, accuracy, and client communication.” Her actions tell a different story: perfidious deflection, misleading claims, selective enforcement, and a blatant refusal to admit mistakes — even when buried in documented proof. As an HOA board and parking committee member, she has had hundreds of official interactions with my household through my wife. When I posted a factual review exposing her handling of a legitimate HOA matter, she fired back with a juvenile rant: “You have never met me. Your story is just a ‘story.’ You’re mad because I’m on the board and you were denied a parking pass due to too much storage in your garage.” She then deleted that embarrassing reply and swapped it for a sanitized version claiming “This individual has never been a client” and that everything “stems from a separate HOA matter unrelated to my professional services.” She is now quadrupling down on her false claim that her measurements and information were correct. It may not have been intentional, but it has been dangerously misleading. Instead of owning up with a simple “you could be right — I made a mistake,” she doubles down and ignores the irrefutable evidence. The cold, hard facts she refuses to face: • Even with all storage completely removed, my two vehicles still do not physically fit in the garage. • Neighbors with smaller cars (next door, 3 doors down, 2 doors down) freely park 3–4 vehicles outside with zero enforcement. • Fire safety and egress codes demand 36 inches clear on all sides of each car plus 24–36 inches between vehicles — that’s 8 to 9 feet ripped out of the middle of any typical 15–16 foot wide garage. Subtract it and nothing fits while keeping safe emergency access. These aren’t minor gripes. They are legitimate hazards the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), Orange County building safety department, and City of Aliso Viejo building code enforcement / fire safety prevention inspectors are paid to catch and fix. Dismissing them with a vague CC&Rs citation doesn’t erase the danger — it exposes reckless disregard for life-safety standards. California’s Davis-Stirling Act demands HOA rules be enforced reasonably, consistently, and in good faith. Selective enforcement like this is illegal, arbitrary, and exposes the board to serious liability. After 35+ years owning this home, being forced to park on public streets like a transient renter — while others get a free pass — is outrageous and unlawful. I can explain the facts repeatedly, but some people simply refuse to understand them. For over 35 years I’ve had an extremely successful and well-versed real estate attorney on retainer who treats my monthly contribution as an annuity. She has contacted an attorney. This is going to get real, real fast for Meredith Drews — and it’s well deserved. Buyers and sellers who value honesty, fairness, and basic competence: run the other way. If Meredith handles power, transparency, and public accountability this poorly in her own community — deleting replies, rewriting history, and quadrupling down on lies — imagine the nightmare she creates for paying clients during escrow. This is not opinion. This is documented fact, timestamped replies (including the deleted one), photos with measurements proving the cars don’t fit, neighbor comparisons, and clear violations of fire codes and Davis-Stirling uniformity requirements. Proceed at your own risk. I hope every potential client reads this before making the same mistake.
