Steve is amazing at his job and genuinely a good person. We are so blessed to have found him. From our first meeting it was stress free. When we were searching for an agent, we were very concerned that our house would not sell for 6 months, possibly a year because we had to do contingent sale. We signed up with Steve in Nov but due to my unexpected surgery, my husband and I weren't able to start showing the house till Jan. Steve was very understanding. Steve was always available when i called/texted. I could text him 10 properties at 7pm and he would have them scheduled for tge very next day, or whatever day was best for us. Of course 1or 2 homes we had to work around their schedule. He had offers for us within weeks. The buyer's agent messed up and he and the buyer delayd sale, but Steve put us at ease and really went to bat for us. Made sure it didn't affect the house we were buying. He listened to us and addressed all of our needs. Did the sale and purchase as we asked. He is very respectful to everyone. We sold and bought in 2 months. He gave us time frames very accurately so we could be fully prepared for the move. He is amazing.

And beyond the purchase itself, he helped with referrals when we asked for contacts like contractors, electricians, and roof professionals. If you want an agent who is professional, low pressure, and truly looks out for your best interests, I highly recommend Steve.
