I don't ever write reviews unless it is truly deserving. Andrew Martinez is someone who goes above and beyond to sell your home. He has sold two of our properties in the past 5 years. Andrew exceeded our expectations with both transactions. Most recently, Andrew sold our home in about 3 months in a saturated market. He got us top dollar for our property. If you want someone who is 110% dedicated to helping you get the maximum value for the sale of your home in record time, Andrew is your guy. He was always readily available to answer any of our questions and address our concerns. He made everything so easy for us-- from staging our home, to finding reasonable vendors to make improvements to our home before placing on the market, to orchestrating top notch open houses to showcase our home. He has an excellent eye for detail as well as great negotiation skills. If you want a stress free experience with amazing results, Andrew is the realtor for you. We would use him again and again to sell or purchase a home. Update 2/2024: Once again we used Andrew to sell another property. He went above and beyond. He prepared and presented the rental property so well that we were able to sell at maximum value and in minimum time again! Andrew puts so much effort into getting you the most for your properties. I would 100% use his services over and over again!!!

Martinez was the first person I thought of when we were interested in buying a house. I knew Andrew was in the business and doing good but after going through the experience I realized all the work that goes into this type of business. Late night phone calls,meetings,texts no matter what time Andrew was there. Andrew is very dedicated and truly cares about the customer. I didn't realize the time and effort that is put into buying a house. I am forever grateful for Andrew's time,concern,advice,support and so much more during this process. He explained everything in detail. Very patient and understanding. He truly made a difference put things into perspective and got us our Dream Home. This would have not been possible with out Andrew and his resources. I highly recommend him to family,friends and anyone looking to sale or buy a home.
