Yusef was an absolute pleasure to work with. I met Yusef when I was casually touring open houses to get an idea of what was on the market. I quickly explained my situation to him thinking I may come back to view the home he was showing in a few weeks time if it was still available. Yusef remembered my details, down to the day, and reached out the weekend I was touring homes with my father. He was able to show me a home we hadn’t seen, somehow knowing it would be the perfect match for me. As soon as I saw the house I knew it was meant to be and Yusef worked with me to get me an offer the seller would accept. Yusef was very transparent throughout the whole process and made it very clear through not only his words but his actions as well that he had my best interest in mind. He made sure I was aware of every step of the process and has helped in ways I wouldn’t have expected. We were able to close quickly and without any problems or snags, and he made sure the home was properly taken care of when it came to repairs post inspection. He has made sure that even post close everything is fine with the house and has shared contacts I can reach out to regarding any potential issues. Having previously worked with multiple realtors, I can confidently say Yusef is a genuine realtor who will put you first and will expertly navigate your home buying/selling process. I’ve now moved into my new home and I couldn’t be happier.

Yusef Hussainy and his partner, Kevin Sanderlin, did an awesome job for me! It was great having two realtors for the price of one, particularly since my transaction was a complicated estate sale. Kevin is located in Long Beach where the property is located, while Kevin was working hard from San Diego, and I reside in Atlanta. Being so far away, it was important to work with realtors who would have eyes on the property and I could trust to give my transaction the required attention despite the distance. Yusef and Kevin were both always available/easily accessible, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I'd highly recommend/refer them to anyone needing experienced realtors in southern California.
