Steve is the best realtor I have ever worked with on buying or selling a home. If you are looking for a realtor that is honest and trustworthy then Steve is your man. I talk to two other realtors told them what I wanted to do they both told me sorry they cannot help .I found Steve through an ad that they have for Four Seasons they had Steve give me a call we got together and talked I told him what I felt I wanted for my house and was not planning on moving much from my price and I wanted a house in Four Seasons and had to be on a contingency I sold my house. He come over looked at my house said I don't know if I can get your price but I'll give it a shot So he meets with his camera man over my house took some nice pictures of my home I almost wanted to buy it again lol. they had the house staged really nice There where only two homes for sale at the time in Four Season I said this not going to be easy getting this lady to sale her house with a contingency that I would buy it if I sold my house. Steve talk with her agent and they took the offer. Now he had to find a buyer for my house he did within one week we had a offer at my asking price. Steve met with the VA Appraiser at my house and my house had to appraise for top dollar in my area to sell it Steve spent allot of the time with the appraiser showing all my upgrades I have done to justify my price I was asking. in a couple of days, the offer come back at what I was asking. Within 30 days we were in are new home I believe this would of never have happen without Steve. My wife and I for a year now that we been here say to each other do you believe we live here in Four Season. Steve and I and are wives have been become good friend's they are good people we have a lot of laughs. Steve knows a lot of people here in Four Seasons and they stop and talk with him, and I see this when we get together at events here in Four Seasons, Steve can walk with his head up high here in Four Seasons people love him here most of them his customer's that he sold a home to.
