Anthony was so great to work with during our home buying process. My husband and I are first time home buyers and throughout the experience, he was super approachable and eager to offer his wealth of knowledge. He was also quick to respond, very flexible and was easy going. It allowed us to enjoy the home buying process and working with him made it as stress-free as possible. My family sought Anthony’s expertise in finding a house within our price range in San Diego County from Orange. That restricted our viewing houses most often on the weekends only. Nevertheless, Anthony made the time for us every weekend in a time where the buyers housing market was very competitive. We had to view a variety of houses and submitted many offers over the course of several months before we found the right fit. If it wasn’t for Anthony’s advice, and guidance with the sellers it could have taken us twice as long! He was there every single step of the way. My family and I are now settling into our new home and we couldn’t have done it without Anthony’s help.

Anthony was recommended to us by a friend of mine. My friend told us that he is awesome to work with, won't pressure you into anything, and will happily answer any questions. My partner and I had A LOT of questions as we decided to enter the housing market of San Diego. We met Anthony at a cafe and he spent 2-3 hours answering all our questions and explaining (in easy to understand detail) the home buying process. If we didn't understand something, he would patiently explain in other ways until we confirmed understanding. And I'm fairly certain he answered the same questions over and over again once we were actually in escrow. We interviewed 3 realtors and ultimately chose Anthony because of his extensive knowledge of San Diego county and the fact that we felt like we could trust him and that he truly cared about us. We found a home we were very interested in and Anthony was able to schedule a showing the day before we left for a vacation. We loved so many things about the home, but ultimately held off on making an offer due to timing/traveling. Anthony kept us up to date on the status of the house even while we were in another country. And when we got notified that an offer had been put in and we had to make an offer ASAP in order to be in the running, Anthony was on it. He got all the forms sent over and helped us choose an offer we were comfortable with (all this while still on vacation in another country). We found out a few days later (once back in CA) that our offer had been accepted and Anthony spent another meeting explaining all the documents were had signed and answering many more questions. There was never a point where I felt he was annoyed or bothered by us asking so many questions. He made the escrow process smooth and kept us up to date on next steps every step of the way so that we closed on time. If any of my friends are buying in the San Diego county area, I will 100% recommend Anthony. He's truly honest and cares about making people's dreams a reality!
