David F.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ David and Jorge are truly the dream team! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions and were also on a tight deadline because we have a baby on the way. We really wanted to be settled into our new home before the baby arrived, and David and Jorge made it happen. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always had our best interests in mind. They guided us through every step of the process, made everything feel so much less stressful, and were always available whenever we needed them. We never felt pressured, and we always felt supported. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’re now homeowners and get to welcome our growing family into our first home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful we chose David and Jorge. If you’re looking for realtors who genuinely care and will go above and beyond for you, they’re the ones. We recommend them to everyone!

I have had the opportunity to work with David through 5 transactions. He is extremely reliable and is always available to answer any questions. He is results driven but also focuses on providing an excellent customer experience. I definitely recommend his services to anyone needing to buy or sell their home. I know I would not hesitate to use his services again.

David and his team, including Jorge and Jessica, were phenomenal throughout the whole house-buying process. Professional- Definitely. Honest advice- Absolutely! Knowledgeable- Without a doubt. Communication- On point. Working with a fellow Veteran- Bonus. From our very first meeting, I could tell we had found the right realtor. David was organized, prepared, and ready to answer all of our questions. As someone new to the home-buying process, I really appreciated having someone take the time to explain everything and guide me through the details. David or someone from his team was always just a message away, making sure we were supported and that our best interests were always a priority. I wholeheartedly recommend David Fletes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be in great hands!
