Cesar Medina sold our house in record time! However, he didn’t only sell our house, he walked us through every step of the process (which is very technical and complicated. Much more so than the last time we sold a home in 1987), made himself available to us 24/7, and even brought boxes to us when he knew we needed them. I referred to him as our “full service” Real Estate Agent. There was nothing too big or too small for Cesar to do to ensure our success in getting the best price and finding the best buyer for our home! He went above and beyond when other realtors dropped the ball and even the lenders he hustled at trying to get these people moving. Cesar kept us informed every step of the buying process and what the next steps that were going to take. His communication with us was superb kept us very informed. Cesar is the guy that has your back and makes sure you are satisfied through the whole buying process. We felt very comfortable with him and he does not hesitate to answer any questions you may have. Worst agent I have spoke with. I politely ask for info on a property he listed And the guy isn’t professional at all. He was being all sarcastic and nosie trying to find out info on another property im currently selling . Rude and unprofessional
