I had a great experience selling our home with Fil. I honestly thought we might be pricing the house a little aggressively at $510K, but he was confident in the market and ended up being right. We had an offer at $515K and were under contract within about four days of listing. He was also extremely helpful throughout the entire escrow process, especially when the inspection and negotiations came up. He kept me informed, gave good advice without pressuring me, and helped keep the deal moving all the way through closing. Communication was excellent and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Selling a house can obviously be stressful, but Fil made the process much easier than I expected. Very happy with how everything turned out and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Thank you, Javier Castadena And Fil Castadena for being my realtor agents. With Javier’s Help I was able to buy a 2.5 acre Manufacture home. Thank you for the patience and the time he put into looking for homes in the area I was searching.

Jesse helped me locate and purchase my new home. It was a challenging process that require switching lenders and obstacles that we couldn’t predict but we got it done and closed on our top choice. I highly recommend Castañeda Real Estate.
