With all the fear and struggle it is to become a first time home buyer we came across Jose Leon. Upon a couple days of looking for a realtor online we agreed to contact Mr. Leon due to his experience and outstanding reviews. I'm Glad we didn't purchase last fall when we dealt with a different team that had us constantly worrying about every step of our home buying process. I would recommend Mr. Leon because he would constantly give us reassurance that we were in good hands. He answered every question we had along the way and reminded us our money was secure with him! I also appreciate his input/ opinion on every home we were interested in! He would show us every house we wanted to see but would also tell us his own thought on the home which we appreciate. We didn't feel rushed to place any offers in homes we weren't sure about. Mr. Leon provided us his time and constantly reminded us that more homes will come and we can take our time! It's hard to come across ppl in this industry who aren't trying to make a quick buck and only think about themselves! I can say Mr. Leon was working with our best interests and was sure to provide us with everything our previous team didn't! If you want someone who is interested in meeting their customers wants and needs as well as providing them with confidence and reassurance Mr. Leon is the one! He is very knowledgeable. He has impeccable communication and strong negotiation skills.

Working with Jose was a pleasure and also a necessity! As a seller, I had a few hurdles that I could not have managed without his assistance and connections. He is effective, direct, and reliable when it comes to the entire process of buying and selling a home. His marketing style is superb.
