I want to share our experience with Saeed Mojabi so others can avoid going through what we did. We purchased a piece of land through Saeed, and my husband, who is both an architect and a general contractor, designed a home for the property. He secured the necessary permits and arranged for water and electricity to be connected, significantly increasing the land’s value. We then listed the property for sale again through Saeed. A buyer expressed interest, placed a contingency deposit, and we signed the agreement. A few days later, the buyer requested the plans and blueprints, which we provided. After some time, we learned from Saeed himself that the buyer hadn’t signed the required contingency documents—a crucial detail that Saeed had failed to inform us about. This omission left us feeling betrayed, as we had placed our trust in him. Instead of representing our interests, Saeed seemed more aligned with the buyer, particularly when he withheld this important information for several days. Upon discovering this, we decided to cancel the deal and requested the return of our plans. The day after the cancellation, my husband went to Saeed’s office to collect them. To our surprise, Saeed greeted him at the door with an extremely unprofessional and rude demeanor. Despite the fact that we were the wronged party, Saeed acted as though we were the ones at fault. He failed to follow the proper legal procedures, neglected to keep us informed, and then had the audacity to treat us poorly. Saeed Mojabi’s conduct as a realtor was not only unprofessional but entirely unacceptable.
