Michelle G.

Michelle Perez is a great Realtor. From our first appointment to go over the marketing plan to sell our house all the way to closing she did a wonderful job in explaining what was happening and offered expert recommendations. She helped me to make repairs to and renovate the house to make it more presentable and attractive to buyers. We got an offer we wanted in about a week from first listing the house and she helped us quickly to close the deal. She is great at communicating to us what was going on throughout. I feel she goes above and beyond to help her clients. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking to buy or sell their home and would not hesitate to call her again if I have any future real estate needs. Thank you Michelle for such a great experience in selling our home!!

We had an incredible experience working with Michelle Perez throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. From start to finish, she made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and stress-free. Michelle was with us every step of the way—always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out, especially during what can often be a very overwhelming transition. Thanks to her dedication and support, we were able to move seamlessly from selling our home to settling into our new one without any unnecessary stress or delays. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I love Michelle! If you want to be represented by a realtor who knows what she's doing, who will protect you first and foremost, and will give to you above and beyond, choose Michelle. I am a Christ follower first in my life and Michelle joined me on my journey to sell my house! I surrendered it to Him and she was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Timing is everything and God's timing is perfect. Iam so grateful to have Michelle and John her husband too. Both Michelle and John are trustworthy and go the distance. They will fix anything and go out of their way! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! You helped to make a dream come true for sure. Thank you for your patience and kindness! God bless you and yours!
