Matt is VERY good at what he does! I was not an easy seller for him, that is for sure. Matt always remained calm, rational and focused on the the outcome - selling my townhouse. I appreciate all that Matt brought to the table for me, including graciously agreeing to list my place higher than he thought it would sell at. Matt places the client in control of all decision making, after presenting his pov. I can recommend him highly.

Patrick was outstanding from start to finish. We both bought and sold our home with him in San Diego, and the entire process was smooth, strategic, and stress-free. Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, communicative, and always had our best interests in mind. He guided us through every step with confidence and clarity, and his negotiation skills truly made a difference on both sides of the transaction. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

"I cannot recommend Steve and his team enough! As a buyer in today's market, having an expert who is responsive, patient, and truly understands the area is essential. He guided us through homes in a variety of areas and talked us through the pluses and minuses of each one before we settled on a wonderful new home and then helped every step of the purchase and expertly negotiated our deal. Five stars all the way!"
