Jennifer has been a godsend for us as first time landlords. She helped walk us through everything we needed and kept our stress to a minimum while trying to find a tenant, (which she did in only a few weeks during the slow time of year). She has fair rates, great communication and follow-up, and she treats your property as if it were one of her own. I can't recommend her enough as a property manager.

Jennifer is a fantastic relator! She is extremely responsive and such a huge help with good advice and extensive knowledge. Our meeting with Jen was stress free and we knew it was meant to be!
