Daniel is the man. THE BEST client service ever. He has patiently helped us search the market, sends us listings and is proactive with every step. His knowledge and experience are evident in every interaction. You might have a family friend or relative who has their real estate license…. That doesn’t mean they have experience. When closing a house in southern CA where prices are high and a lot of money is on the line, I would only trust an experienced and detail-oriented realtor like Daniel to close the deal. He makes sure the little things that could set a deal back are covered- for example he helped us make sure we can get fire insurance for a property, which was not on my radar as a consideration. we were in a short 21 day escrow and Daniel was locked in with every inspection and every contingency prior to closing so we could feel confident in closing. Details matter and he has been patient with us as picky buyers. I have bought properties in the past with other realtors who were too desperate to get the sale and put their interests above our own best interest. Daniel is patient and if it is not the right property, he’s ok moving along to the next. When making the biggest purchase of your life, I would trust him completely. Highly recommend 100% because he puts clients first, is honest and reliable.
